Privacy Policy

Elevare Edge LLC is a Florida company. It runs this site, the tools on it, and the Territory Report. In this policy, “we” means Elevare Edge LLC.

Form submissions. When you use a contact form, a consultation request, the Territory Check, Bid Radar, Permit Pulse, a calculator with a contact step, a services or consulting inquiry, or the BidWright pilot form, we store what you enter: typically your name, company, an email or phone number, and your answers to the form’s questions. Each submission also creates an internal alert and a follow-up task so a person can reply.

Territory Report purchases. We store the email address you give at checkout, the business the report is about, the Stripe checkout and payment identifiers, the private link token, and the dates the purchase was made and expires. Payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe’s pages; we never see or store card numbers.

Client onboarding files. A client we are actively onboarding may be given a private intake link to send us files such as a logo or photos. Those files go to our file storage. There is no public upload tool on this site.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary request logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser type). We also use the IP address, in memory and briefly, to limit how often one visitor can submit a public form.

Anonymous usage analytics, only when enabled. Our free tools can record anonymous usage events (which tool was opened, whether a step completed) using PostHog. This runs only when we have switched it on in the deployment; it may be off. When on, it never captures what you type or upload, your name, email, phone number, company or licence details, or any result a tool produces for you. It does not record your screen or session, it never links events to an account or identity, and it honours your browser’s Do Not Track setting. It stores a random device identifier in a cookie and local storage.

The Territory Check, the Territory Report and several free tools are built from public records: Florida DBPR licensee exports, county permit records, public business listings, and federal statistics such as Bureau of Labor Statistics wage series. Where a report describes a business, it is built from those public records plus our own observations of that business’s public listings, as of a stated date.

If you run a business that appears in one of our reports and believe the public record we hold is wrong, write to us and we will look at it.

• To deliver the tool result or the report you asked for.
• To reply to an inquiry or a pilot request, by a person.
• To send a report link to the email you gave at checkout, and to resend it if you ask.
• To see which tools are used and where they fail, so we can improve them (analytics, when enabled).
• To keep the site working and prevent abuse (logs, rate limits).

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the services that run the site for us, acting on our instructions: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (Vercel), our transactional email provider (Resend), our file storage provider, our sign-in provider for the internal admin area (Clerk), and, when enabled, PostHog (anonymous analytics). These providers operate in the United States.

We would also disclose information if the law required it.

Form submissions, leads and purchase records are kept. There is no automatic deletion today. If you want a record deleted, write to us and we will do it by hand, unless we need to keep it for a payment or legal reason.

• Public pages set no cookies of our own.
• The internal admin area under /admin uses Clerk sign-in cookies. It is for our team only.
• When anonymous analytics are enabled, PostHog stores a random device identifier in a cookie and local storage (names beginning ph_). It is not set on /admin and it is not set when your browser sends Do Not Track.

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to shane@elevareedge.com. Turn on Do Not Track in your browser and the analytics send nothing. You can use every free tool without giving us a contact detail except where the form asks for one to reply to you.

This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

When this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes to what we collect will be described here before they take effect.
