The calculators, benchmarks, Territory Check, Bid Radar, Permit Pulse, Material Costs and the other free tools show you public data and simple calculations for information only. They are not advice and they are not a promise about your business. Check anything that matters against the source before you act on it.

The Territory Report is a one-time purchase of $69, delivered as a private link that stays live for 90 days from payment. The link is yours; do not share it publicly. If purchases are not yet open, the offer panel says so and the free check stays free.

What it is. The full output of the same engine behind the free Territory Check, for the business you name: public records as of a stated date (Florida DBPR licence status, county permit activity, public listings) plus our own observations of that business’s public presence. It is rebuilt from the current public record each time you open it.

What it is not. It is not a ranking or a score from Google or anyone else. It does not predict or guarantee search rankings, permits, contracts, revenue or future performance. It names no other company. It is not legal, financial or licensing advice.

Use the tools and the report for your own business, or for a business you are authorized to act for. Do not scrape, bulk-download or automate access to the site or the tools, and do not attempt to reach another person’s report or data. We may limit or revoke access, including a report link, when these terms are broken.

Payment for the Territory Report is taken by Stripe on Stripe’s checkout pages, in US dollars. We never see or store card numbers. Your Stripe receipt is your proof of purchase; keep its receipt number.

Questions or problems with a purchase: contact us at shane@elevareedge.com and quote your Stripe receipt number. We will work it out with you. If you lose your report link, use link recovery.

Submitting the BidWright pilot or demo form is an inquiry, not a contract or an order. We use your answers to reply to you. Any pilot, and any non-disclosure agreement covering a bid packet you share, is agreed separately in writing before work starts.

The site, the tools, their design and their text belong to Elevare Edge LLC. A Territory Report you buy is for your business’s own use: you may print it, save it and share it inside your company. The public records it draws on belong to nobody; the arrangement and our observations are ours. Do not resell a report or republish it as your own.

The tools and the report are provided as they are. Public records contain errors and lag behind reality, and we cannot promise they are complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, Elevare Edge LLC is not liable for decisions you make based on a tool or a report, or for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost work, and our total liability for a Territory Report is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

When these terms change we will update the effective date at the top. A change does not apply to a report you have already bought.
