Permit Pulse · Official public records
The permit counter doesn't lie. Here's who's actually working.
Every real job leaves a paper trail at the building department. Permit Pulse reads the official public feeds so you can see market volume, trade mix, and the most active contractors — the market share conversation, with receipts.
Broward County · stale source, not counted as current
The public feed we read for Broward County has published nothing dated after 2026-03-16, more than 30 days ago. We still hold its history, but a zero in the last 90 days here means the feed stopped, not that nobody pulled a permit. We check it on every sync and the counter resumes the day it publishes again.
Don't see your county?
We add jurisdictions by demand — tell us where you work and we'll track it. If you're on the active-contractor list up there: you're winning the work. The question is how many callers never reached you while your crews were pulling it.
