TITAN Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-10-04, first version.
What this covers
TITAN, the chief of staff application Elevare Edge provides, and the information it reads from the accounts you connect to it, including Google and Microsoft accounts. For the elevareedge.com website itself, see the Elevare Edge Privacy Policy.
What we do not do
- We do not receive your mail, calendar, files or passwords. TITAN keeps them on your computer.
- We do not send your information to a cloud AI service. TITAN’s AI runs on your computer.
- We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
- We do not use your information to train AI models.
- TITAN does not send, change or delete anything in your accounts without your approval.
1. Who we are
Elevare Edge LLC is a Florida company. It makes and supports TITAN. In this policy, “we” means Elevare Edge LLC, and “TITAN” means the application running on your computer.
2. Where your information lives
TITAN runs on your own computer. When you connect an account, TITAN reads from that account directly, over the provider’s own secure connection, and stores what it reads on your computer. Your mail, calendar, files and the records TITAN builds from them stay there. TITAN does not send them to Elevare Edge, and we do not operate a server that holds them.
The sign-in credentials TITAN keeps for your accounts, and the passwords in its password vault, are stored encrypted on your computer.
3. What TITAN reads
Only the accounts you connect, and within each account only the permissions you choose. Today those can include your mail, your calendar, and files you choose to import. Each permission is shown to you before you connect, and you can reduce or remove it at any time in TITAN’s Connections settings.
The provider (Google, Microsoft, or your mail host) also shows you the permissions on its own sign-in screen. TITAN asks only for what the permissions you picked need.
4. How TITAN uses it
- To show you what needs your attention, who is waiting on whom, and what is on your calendar.
- To answer your questions about your own affairs and to draft replies for you to review.
- To carry out an action in your account, such as organizing or sending a message, only when you have turned that permission on and approved that specific action.
This processing, including the AI that reads and summarizes, happens on your computer. Your information is not sent to a cloud AI provider.
5. Google user data
When you connect a Google account, TITAN can read the Google data you permit: for example Gmail messages, Google Calendar events, Google Drive files you choose, your Google contacts, and your YouTube library, depending on the permissions you select. TITAN uses that data only to provide the features described in this policy to you, on your computer.
TITAN’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We do not transfer Google user data to anyone, except as needed to provide TITAN’s features to you, to comply with the law, or with your explicit consent.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
- No person at Elevare Edge reads your Google user data, except with your explicit permission (for example, when you show us something while asking for help), when needed for security, or when the law requires it.
6. Microsoft and other accounts
The same rules apply to every account you connect, including Microsoft accounts and mailboxes connected over IMAP: read only with the permissions you choose, kept on your computer, used only to serve you, never sold, never used for advertising or to train AI models, and not read by our staff without your permission.
7. Installing, updating and supporting TITAN
We may install or update TITAN on your computer for you, with your permission. When we do, we work on the application, not your information, and we do not copy your information off your computer. If you ask for help with something specific, we look only at what you show us.
8. Backups
TITAN can make a backup of its own records. Where that backup is kept is your choice. TITAN never places a backup with a cloud service you did not choose.
9. Disconnecting and deleting
In TITAN’s Connections settings you can pause an account (TITAN stops reading it and keeps your choices for later) or disconnect it (TITAN removes its sign-in for that account). What TITAN already read stays on your computer until you erase it, and you can ask us to help you erase it.
You can also withdraw TITAN’s access at the provider at any time: for Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and for Microsoft in your Microsoft account’s app permissions.
10. Children
TITAN is for adults managing their own affairs. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
11. Changes
When this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top. A change to what TITAN reads or where your information goes will be described here before it takes effect.
