TITAN Terms of Use
Effective 2026-10-04, first version.
What this covers
Your use of TITAN, the chief of staff application Elevare Edge provides. How TITAN handles your information is in the TITAN Privacy Policy.
In plain terms
- You decide what TITAN may read and do, and you approve every action it takes in your accounts.
- TITAN’s AI can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you act on it.
- Your information stays yours, on your computer.
- There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these terms.
1. What TITAN is
TITAN is an application that runs on your own computer. It reads the accounts you connect to it, shows you what needs your attention, answers questions about your own affairs, drafts replies, and, when you allow it, carries out actions you approve. TITAN is in private use and is provided by Elevare Edge LLC. Any fee for TITAN is agreed with you separately in writing.
2. Your accounts and your approvals
You choose which accounts to connect and which permissions TITAN has in each. Sending, organizing and other changes are separate permissions, off until you turn them on, and each action is shown to you for approval before it happens. An action you approve is your action: please read what you approve.
Connect only accounts you are allowed to use this way. If an account belongs to your employer or another organization, follow its rules.
3. What the AI can and cannot promise
TITAN’s summaries, priorities, answers and drafts are produced by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. TITAN says when it could not see something, but it cannot know what it was never shown. TITAN does not give legal, financial, tax or medical advice. Check anything that matters against the source before you rely on it.
4. Google, Microsoft and other providers
TITAN connects to your accounts through each provider’s official sign-in and interfaces. Your use of those accounts stays under the provider’s own terms. A provider can change or withdraw an interface, and when that happens a TITAN connection may stop working until it is updated.
5. Updates and changes
We may update TITAN to fix problems or add features, and may change or stop offering parts of it. When an update changes what TITAN reads or where your information goes, the TITAN Privacy Policy will say so before it takes effect.
6. No promises beyond these
TITAN is provided as it is. We work to make it correct and reliable, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or always available, and we are not responsible for decisions or actions taken on the strength of what it shows, beyond what the law requires.
7. Stopping
You can stop using TITAN at any time: disconnect your accounts in its Connections settings, withdraw its access at each provider, and remove the application. Your information on your computer remains yours.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
